Many Malaysian players we've come across have questions about the safety and legitimacy of online betting platforms. At koko138, we understand that concern — which is why we invest heavily in security infrastructure and maintain a transparent registration process, so you know exactly what you're signing up for before committing a single ringgit.
Registering with koko138 is completely free with no hidden charges. You do not need to make any deposit to sign up — your account is created and activated as soon as your phone number is verified via OTP. A deposit is only required when you are ready to start playing.
Every newly opened koko138 account automatically qualifies for whichever new member offers are active at the time. These may include a first deposit bonus, free spins on selected slots, or other special offers depending on current promotions. Be sure to check the Promotions after registering to view all offers you are eligible to claim.
One important thing to keep in mind: each player is permitted one account only. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or someone else's — is a violation of koko138's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and winnings forfeited. Register with accurate and complete personal details to avoid complications during the identity verification (KYC) process later on.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal or when the total withdrawal amount exceeds RM 5,000. You will typically be asked for a copy of your MyKad and proof of your payment method. The process is usually completed within 1 to 2 hours on business days. Once KYC is done, all subsequent withdrawals are processed without any additional checks.
